Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused, in original packaging with seal intact.

How to start

To initiate a return: contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason.

Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.

Opened perfumes/skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty or not as described.
